Plans have been submitted to the Wilmington North Carolina’s planning board for a new Tru by Hilton Hotel located at: 1010 Ashes Drive in the Mayfair area. The hotel would include 101 guestrooms, a breakfast bar, 24/7 market, game area and work spaces and fitness center in a four story building. Parks Hospitality Group is the project developer.
