K-Five Construction Corporation

Heavy highway, pavement rehabilitation and construction have been the majority of K-Five Construction's projects throughout the years. On the private side, we have developed and constructed numerous large and small distribution facilities, subdivisions, business parks, large commericail, industrial, intermodal and warehouse facilities. On the public side, our customers and project scope have varied from the larger public works projects for the Illinois Department of Transportation, Illinois State Toll Highway Authority, City of Chicago, O'Hare and Midway Airports, counties of Cook, DuPage, Grundy, Kendall, and Will to municipal and township projects. While we continuously work in increase our customer base and clients, we also work with private material firms to supply material and any services needed such as asphalt patching, concrete patching, aggregate bases, and general purpose asphalt paving.
