Owned by the Pokagon Band of Potowatomi Indians headed by Chairman Matt Wesaw construction of a new hotel at the Four Winds Casino in South Bend Indiana has reached the 15th floor and will continue to 23 floors at a pace of a new floor a week. The construction timeline had been slowed due to a labor shortage and increased construction costs. The hotel will have 300 guestrooms once complete. The casino had recently been upgraded to a class three casino that can offer table games, slot machines and video gaming. HBG Designs is the project Architect.
