A four-story, 107-room hotel is planned for West Hewett Road near U.S. Highway 98 in Santa Rosa Beach Florida will be a Home2 Suites. The St. Joe Company is the developer for the project. Groundbreaking for the hotel is anticipated late this year, with opening of the all-suite extended-stay facility planned for in 2023. St. Joe will also manage the hotel. St. Joe is a real estate development, management and operating company with assets across Northwest Florida. Those assets include a number of hotels either in operation or under construction as the company works toward developing a portfolio comprising almost 1,200 rooms in the area.
