Developer St. Joe Company plans to break ground on a Hotel Indigo and restaurant this spring at the Panama City Florida Marina. The development will feature more than 120 rooms and be located next to an independent, unnamed restaurant, which St. Joe will build as part of the same project. St. Joe also expects to open Hilton Garden Inn near Panama City Beach airport next summer.
