Developer Thomas Abruzese plans to demolish four buildings located at the end of the wharf in Newport Rhode Island where it is proposing to build the Waites Wharf Hotel. The building to be demolished includes the Deck Restaurant which has been approved by the Newport Planning Board. The 150 guestroom luxury hotel is being designed by Architect Ross Cann and Land Surveyor Neal Hingorany.
